Intergenerational bargaining

The project proposes a comparative research of policy debates and collective bargaining practices about simultaneously combating youth unemployment and promoting healthy employment participation among the older workers. The study will be carried out in six EU countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom) and will analyse the opportunities and barriers in social dialogue and collective bargaining in this integrative and intergenerational perspective.
